He advises clients on all matters related to telecommunication real estate transactions, including new site development, collocations, office leasing, and landlord-related dispute resolution. Warren’s transactional practice includes the drafting of appropriate leases, licenses, easements, and other related documents, and he assists clients with title analysis and other real property issues.

Kristen has significant expertise in wireless communications facilities leasing and has negotiated numerous distributed antenna systems agreements and build-to-suit agreements. She has represented a telecommunications client in Washington and other Western states for the past nine years and has negotiated hundreds of leases on behalf of the client with various federal, state, and local governmental agencies, as well as other wireless carriers.

Michael’s practice is concentrated in the area of real estate transactions and regularly assists clients in the communications-related industries. These clients include national and regional communications service providers, and owners, and users of communication-oriented structures hosting an extensive variety of communication facilities. Mike assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets and deployment of their nationwide and regional communication networks.
